How does the bot get onto my website?

You get one line of code from us that you (or your webmaster) paste in - done. The bot runs on our infrastructure, so your website doesn't get slower.

How does the bot know what to answer?

We build its knowledge base from your website, your FAQ and, if you like, from documents. It only answers with your knowledge and doesn't invent facts.

What happens when the bot doesn't know something?

It politely refers to your contact details or captures the inquiry directly: name, request and contact land in your inbox automatically.

What does the chatbot cost?

CHF 490 one-time - all desired features included, fully set up. For the operation you choose: complete handover (the bot runs on your own AI account, you only pay the AI usage directly) or we run it for CHF 290/year.

Can I take over the chatbot completely?

Yes. We hand the bot over to you entirely: it then runs on your own AI account (Anthropic/Claude) and hosting - we set up both with you during the handover. After that you have no more costs with us, only the AI usage you pay directly (a few francs per month at normal volume).

What about data protection?

Swiss DPA and GDPR compliant, hosted on secure infrastructure in Europe. No sharing of your data with third parties, no use for AI training.
